Included access
New organizations submit the secure application below. OrionOS verifies the organization and creates its tenant before billing. Existing billing administrators can sign in to continue directly to Stripe checkout.
New Customer Application
Keep your plan selection and request a verified OrionOS account.
This creates a tracked onboarding request for OrionOS Sales and Onboarding. It does not create access, charge a card, or expose credentials. After the organization is verified, the approved billing administrator receives the tenant activation and secure checkout path.
Company foundation
Confirm company type, legal name, support contacts, branding, users, roles, package modules, and subscription access.
Freight workflow
Load CRM, shippers, carriers, drivers, assets, rate/quote patterns, dispatch boards, tracking views, and document workflows.
LMS and evidence
Assign training paths, prepare DQ/personnel files, compliance packets, safety evidence, and department-specific onboarding tasks.
