Subscription Terms

  • OrionOS access is subscription-based and tied to the purchased base portal, modules, add-ons, and account users.
  • Portal access, module access, and add-on entitlements are activated after payment or approved account activation.
  • Plan details, billing cadence, and included modules are shown before subscription checkout.

Privacy And Data Use

  • Customer operational records are used to provide TMS, LMS, support, billing, integrations, reporting, and account administration.
  • Credentials and vendor connection details are handled through account-scoped setup records and redacted credential summaries.
  • Customer data is separated from unrelated customer accounts and protected by role-based access boundaries.

Retention And Deletion

  • Operational records, billing evidence, support tickets, quality review records, and recovery records are retained to support service, audits, dispute review, and account continuity.
  • Data export and deletion requests are reviewed so active invoices, legal holds, audit records, and retention obligations are handled correctly.
  • Recovery targets and service continuity records are maintained to support account availability and customer service.

Support SLA

  • Support tickets automatically receive ticket numbers and status updates.

Cancellation And Refunds

  • Cancellations, pauses, failed payments, and subscription changes are processed through subscription billing records.
  • Account access pauses while account records remain available for retention, reactivation, support, and final account review.
  • Refund terms are defined in the customer order form before purchase.
