OrionOS uses Netlify for web delivery and server-side execution. The applicable customer agreement and Netlify service terms determine the contracted processing boundary.

OrionOS does not currently advertise a customer-selectable, country-exclusive data-residency commitment. Hosting, delivery, logging, support, and configured providers may process data in locations permitted by their terms and the executed customer agreement.
Optional connectors
Customer-configured providers may introduce additional storage, support, transmission, or processing locations. Their status and purpose must be reviewed per tenant.
Customer action
Document residency requirements during procurement, execute appropriate transfer terms, limit submitted data to the approved scope, and review the provider inventory before production use.
How to request a residency review
Send the required countries, prohibited locations, data categories, user locations, provider restrictions, retention term, deletion requirements, and audit evidence to operations@oriontransportation.us. Orion Transportation will confirm feasibility in writing; silence or configuration alone is not approval.
